6 Week Update

The pounds continue to come off. Down 17lbs in about 6 weeks. That is without much exercise over the last 4 weeks. I did plateau after my 12 week loss for 3 weeks with it being a push. Now I am dropping 1 to 2 lbs per week (without exercising).

If this excites you then let me kick you off with $30 off your first order. You just need to send me an email with your first & last name and your email address and I will get you a code to use.

Also if you weren't aware you can get at Costco.com $100 gift certificates and only pay $79.99 for each $100 card. I did this for my second order and it worked slick. Brings down the average per day to be $10.57 per day. It would be hard for you to try eat for that at fast food or restaurants. On my plan they offer frozen meals that are very tasty. My favorites include the Salisbury Steak, Turkey Medallions, and the Stuffed Chicken Breasts for Dinner. For snacks & desserts the Chocolate Brownie Sundae, Thin Mint Crisp Bar, and Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt Nut Bar are savory!

Send me an email at nutrisystemdiscount@outlook.com with your First Name & Last Name plus your email address you want your discount code to go to and then you will be able to enter that code on your first order and get $30 off instantly (good only on first orders).

BTW - With 17lbs down people are starting to notice the weight loss in my face and stomach areas

Nutrisystem & Bowflex Max Trainer Journey

Christmas 2014 - at 340lbs

About Me:

I have been "husky" since grade school and was heavily teased in my early years. Then in 9th grade I was convinced by my parents to try a weight-lifting summer program. This is when I met some people that convinced me to try out for Football my Sophomore year. This was the best thing I ever did. It allowed me to breakout of the Fat Nerd stereotype that attached to me and gave me confidence to embrace what I had within myself. My last name was Elliott and there was a guy that played for the NY Giants named Jumbo Elliott so in the first few days of practice the Lineman coach asked if he could call me Jumbo. Knowing it wasn't a put down I said sure and became known by everyone in my school as Jumbo to the point they didn't know my actual first name. I even convinced a few teachers to call me by the nickname. I weighed 270lbs during my Senior year and was a starting lineman.

The Journey:

Fast forward to the college years where the weight started adding on. Then I moved to AZ and started my career and even more added on to the point the scale quit reading at 340. In 2004 I started to get healthy doing the South Beach diet and got a membership to the gym. The weight started dropping off and I even decided to do Half Marathon in January 2006 which I accomplished and decided I would never do that again. At 290lbs my body said I was nuts and was not happy to run 13.1lbs. By June 2006 I dropped down to my all-time low of 259lbs in time for my 10 year HS reunion. Since then I have slowly gained it all back plus an extra 15lbs. Time to get serious again and drop the weight. Started up Nutrisystem and got a Bowflex Max Trainer. I will continue at this until I am once again down to the 259 area.

How you can start:

If you would like a discount off starting your Nutrisystem program send me an email to nutrisystemdiscount@outlook.com and I will send you a code for $30 off your first order.
